RoadBee started as a way to track a ride and let the people at home follow along. That was the whole of it on the pilot run in June 2023 — Mumbai to Nepal and back, live tracking and nothing else.
Riders came home asking for something it did not do: not where they had been, but what it was costing them. That shipped alongside the tracking when RoadBee launched, and it turned out to be the more useful half.
Nobody knows what their bike costs
Ask a rider what they spend per kilometre and you will get a guess, usually a cheerful one. Fuel is the part people remember. Servicing, tyres, chain and sprocket, insurance, the jacket — those are forgotten by the time the next fill-up comes round.
RoadBee remembers all of it and works it into one number. Across every motorcycle on the app that averages ₹3.67 a kilometre. Yours will be its own, and it is usually a surprise.
How the number worksMeasured, not claimed
Every mileage figure here is measured tank to tank from fill-ups riders logged themselves, with the odometer reading each time. Nothing is estimated and nothing is smoothed.
That means we sometimes publish figures a manufacturer would rather we did not. We do it anyway. It is the only reason the rest of the numbers are worth anything.

Logging is unlimited and always free — every ride, every rupee. What you earn by using RoadBee is the analysis: RB Miles add up on their own and open the screens that work out what your motorcycle really costs.
There is a Premium if you would rather not think about it. Nobody has to pay to keep their own records.
